Who is Staffing Schedule Pro for?
Event staffing agencies and teams coordinating servers, bartenders, event captains and other event professionals across clients and venues.
Do workers have their own portal?
Yes. Workers sign in separately to see their published assignments, confirm shifts, manage availability and review their own time and notifications. Your agency provides access.
Can I manage more than one company?
Yes. Administrators can switch between companies they belong to. Each company has its own workspace, memberships and staffing records.
Does it handle payroll?
The workspace supports recorded hours, agency approval, captured pay rates and CSV reports. It does not replace a payroll provider or calculate statutory overtime and tax rules.
